Purchasing

 

All Kerf Works USA work can be purchased three different ways, from our Etsy page or by contacting us through our contact form or our email.

We create a number of products for purchase with a very high standard of quality. We keep the gallery updated with a representation of our products. All pricing and color/finish options can be found on our Etsy page.

• All products will be branded with the "Kerf Works USA" logo. (We always do our best to put it somewhere that won't compromise the aesthetic of the work)

• No returns or refunds except in the event of maker error.

  • In the event an error is believed to have been made please don't hesitate to contact us at, Help@KerfWorksUSA.com, we will always do our best to fix the issue.

• All invoices must be paid within 7 days of delivery to avoid incurring a late fee.​

  • ​After 7 days a late fee will be incurred and increased for every wee​k the invoice remains unpaid in increments of 10% of the total for the piece per week.

• ​​​​Unless otherwise requested, we ship most items with raw wood shavings as packing material. This provides two services; one we can know that our packing materials are biodegradable and won't harm the environment; and two we store our shavings for good use so the shop stays cleaner!

We do our best to create consistency and quality in each order we receive; please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.

Custom Work

​

• Kerf Works USA does accept requests for custom work.​​

• All custom requests can be ordered by contacting us through our custom work email address, CustomWork@KerfWorksUSA.com.

• All custom orders must contain the following information:

  • Personal info [name, email and/or phone number]

  • Desired delivery, or deliver-by, date

  • Ship to address

  • Type of work you'd like done (i.e. table, chest, shelves etc.)

  • Rough dimensions of piece [Height, Width & Length]

  • Preference of wood species (if applicable)

• For custom work orders we require a 50%, or other agreed upon amount, down payment before creation can begin and the remainder upon delivery.
