Some of our favorite works have come from the minds of our customers! Custom orders allow us to fine tune certain details to fit your style and desires.
To save time in the design & quote process please include as much of the following information as you have answers to in your message.
Personal info [name, email and/or phone number]
Desired deliver-by date
Ship to address
Description/type of work you'd like done (i.e. table, chest, shelves etc.)
Rough dimensions of piece [Height, Width & Length]
Preference of wood species (if applicable), or desired wood tones

Custom Order Process
Once your request is submitted we will review the details you provided and reach out with any questions we have to iron out the final details of the custom piece.
Quote / Invoice Sent
After our design consultation with you, we will send you a quote with all the details of your custom order. If applicable, this quote will include a digital rendering of the piece.
Upon your acceptance of the quote, we will require a 50% down payment, or another agreed upon amount, before creation can begin.
Completion & Delivery
Once the piece is completed, we will get in touch with you and arrange delivery. The remainder of the invoice, as well as any applicable shipping costs and sales tax, will be due upon delivery of your custom order.
